Brad has 13 years of project and operations management experience spanning multiple industries in addition to 6 years as a U.S. Navy propulsion engineer. From 2005-2010, Brad was a project manager for BAE Systems at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard where he managed over 35 Naval ship repair evaluations worth more than $100M. From 2010-2011, he managed the construction of the Satellite Communication Center on Wheeler Army Airfield for the US Army Corps of Engineers.
In 2011, Brad joined the solar industry and managed the installation of over 1 MW of PV across the Hawaiian Islands for Sunetric. Notable projects include Hawaii’s first gas station canopy install, 200 kW on a 30-story apartment building, and a 250 kW ground-mount. In 2012, Brad moved back to the St. Louis area to spend time with his parents. From 2012 – 2017, he managed over 2 MW of installations for Microgrid Energy worth more than $5M. He took over EFS Energy’s Operations dept in 2017 and has since instituted many processes and procedures to help EFS become even more successful. Brad is OSHA-30 certified and will be NABCEP installer certified this year.
