Kenny has over 20 years of experience in Sales and Sales Management in a variety of industries. He joined the EFS team in April 2016 and lead the sales department with a “Customer First” implementation. He firmly believes in a more consultative approach to sales processes and procedures. He has been instrumental in overseeing over $4.5M in sales revenue whilst implementing sales plans and goals, creating lead generation tracking modules, generating sales reports, and maintaining his own sales appointments and projects. Kenny played a crucial role in building out the Zoho CRM module to handle the increased volume of leads in addition to sales pipeline and deal tracking. Kenny is currently working on his NABCEP Associate Certification and NABCEP Technical Sales Certification.
